Daily Duties at Benchmark Group:
* Oversee construction observations in 23 states where it is legally required, and additional states the clients wished to observe. * Provide the necessary guidance, tools, and leadership for my staff to meet and exceed the expectations of the clients and myself. * Lead teams in the development of databases. * Work with cross functional teams of architects and engineers to ensure our designs are constructable and made sense. * Maintain a 132,000 square foot LEED silver accredited office building. * Oversee companywide training and development.
