Daily Duties at Resource Center For Associations:
Review hotel and vendor contracts and monitor key clauses and deadlines. Compile and create copy for conference collateral (flyers, brochures, eblasts, invitations). Receive presenter agreements, handouts, and make travel arrangements. Make lodging and rooming list reservations for staff, speakers, and VIPs. Provide excellent customer service. Build relationships with internal and external clients. Act as point of contact for all general and registration questions.Input data and maintain attendee management database. Manage online and manual registration process. Sell and assign booth space to exhibitors. Coordinate the call for submissions process, input session information into proceedings, conference registration program, and on-site program. Liaison with board members, conference committee members, exhibitors, and sponsors. Work with decorator to create exhibit hall floor plan, develop and submit food and beverage order. Work with audio visual company to create plenary, workshop, and short course sets. Provide on-site management of registration process and volunteer staff.
