Daily Duties at Caris Healthcare:
Mananged all aspects of delivering Hospice Home care, from Marketing, Referrals, Intake, and Networking to Implementing Nursing, CNA, Social Work and Chaplain visits. Responsible for submitting weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports and Quality Improvement/Action Plan for meeting budget and patient satisfaction quota. Precept new staff, clinical and support staff on McKesson software and operations of Hospice care. Created and Implemented Inservices and ongoing education for staff.
