Provided complete project and contract management services for multiple clients with multimillion-dollar projects, QC procedures, from cost estimating to final punch-list review. Conducted design reviews, prepared change orders, and inspected all civil, electrical, landscaping and mechanical work. Prepared progress reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and resolved any construction delays and inefficiencies. Prepared and evaluated submittals and recommended payments to contractors. Created, evaluated, and implemented CPM (Primavera) schedules.
