My duties included developing and launching new products, managing sales and margin Supervision of 10 field sales people in 6 states.Developing budgets and reporting on results on a monthly schedule. Eventually we needed to prepare the P&L for a divestiture. Reducing expenses increasing margin and developing new marketing goals
