Daily Duties at North Central Texas National Multiple Sclerosis Chapter:
Developed long term planned for Board and staff to meet growing need of clients. This chapter had just merged with another so new processes needed to be established. Managed all media relations, budget, employees development, presentations. Also managed special events which were fund raisers and community relations opportunities. We had 7 walk-a-thons, 1 150 mile Bike Ride, Honoring dinner (Steve Forbes), a Rodeo and concert.
