Daily Duties at Prudential Financial:
New program which we developed from the start - goal to help agencies to get into the communities to develop relationship leading to a pipeline of sourced quality diversity candidates. My job was to coach agency managers on how to become apart of their community. This entailed me development workshops on giving presentations, workshops and how to network. Then I helped them identify which groups they wanted to work with and we then wrote a partnership plan with the organization of which I helped fund these activities. Budget $250,000 the last year. Then I helped manage the plans, supporting managers in keeping results allowing me to evaluate effectiveness and in order to tweak as needed.
