As the production planning supervisor, my responsibilities included meeting customer schedules, assuring schedule integrity, planning the manufactured and purchased components and management of inventory levels. As the Mfg Engineering supervisor, I was responsible for manufacturing and industrial engineering, estimating, capital equipment, investigating and implementing new technologies, and actively participated in concurrent engineering programs for the implementation of new products. Developed and implemented a structured Lean Manufacturing program.
