Daily Duties at Aurora Health Care:

• Supervise and oversee all non-clinical and clinical inbound/outbound calls with consumers, patients and others to ensure quality, productivity and service expectations are met. • Responsible for facilitating communication with all Call Center Representatives regarding additional education, new policies, procedures, review of staff meeting minutes, through a one on one bi-weekly meeting with each employee.
