Daily Duties at Citrus Memorial Health System:
Identify, analyze, and interpret hospital market data to target relationship-building opportunities. Strategically plan and implement outreach efforts focusing on physicians, community groups, and other potential referral sources within the hospital’s targeted market. Focus on developing hospital referral relationships with physicians, key office staff, and community leaders in the service area and outlying areas with the specific goal of maximizing referrals to our Heart Center and Cardiopulmonary Rehab. Work closely with the CEO, CNO, COO, and Service Line Directors to increase community outreach and hospital relations. Gather, report, and follow up on information from the medical community, (ie: service problems, rumor control, accolades, and frustrations.) Maintain social media presence, collateral archives, and graphic files including hospital and sponsor logos. Coordinate annual physician recognition events including Doctor’s Day and the Annual Physician Gala. Actively participate in, sponsor, and create Community Outreach events. Consistently reach and exceed budgeted goals.
