Directed and developed corporate IS strategy for all POS and merchandising applications. As DMM directed and developed all merchandising, advertising, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and planning activities for division. As Buyer, developed merchandising plan for specific categories and implemented plan in all stores, coordinated buying activities and vendor negotiations.
