Daily Duties at Bell Helicopter Textron:

Primary responsibilities were for supervising and coordinating activities of the Manufacturing Resources Analysts, Manufacturing Operations Project Administrators, and Material Handlers to start travelers on time for production. Responsibilities also included enforcing Compliance Policies, Process, Procedures, and Customer interfaces and ensuring, with help from the Manager Production Control – Resource Planning that the Manufacturing Resource Analysts provided an executable build schedule. Coordinated the activities, with help from the Manager Production Control – Resource Planning, the activities of the Manufacturing Operation Project Administrators, in coordinating the successful transfer of the build plan to the material handlers. Supervised and directed the activities of the Material Handlers in executing the build schedule and performing the necessary transactions to log the work (travelers) as they arrive. Supervised and directed all necessary employees to help make all travelers workable that arrive in their schedule window and was responsible for training and developing my direct reports by improving their skill sets and product knowledge. Supervise and monitor the kitting process of the major assemblies, and ensure they are in place prior to the start of the work day for which it is required by the build schedule.
