Responsible for daily operations of a commercial flight simulator facility, and day to day business activities pertaining to the operation of that facility. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to complete support, management and supervision of facility maintenance, facility staff, intake of new clients, and security of the facility as well as managing all assets and facility properties, and supervision of Sim support staff. Other responsibilities include budget planning, installation of flight training devices, and supervision/support of installation staff, new construction, future planning and expansion efforts, and IT support and planning. Purchasing for all training devices, facility, courseware, and printing for staff requirements, and negotiation of 3rd party contracts for facility, and training devices support. Designed, maintained and managed a bar-coded inventory system specifically suited for simulator and aircraft related materials. Designed and implemented all process and procedures for procurement, repair, and replenishment of the materials needed to support flight-training devices and aircraft. Support courseware efforts through proprietary software and helped design new standards for training courses and classroom procedures using current software available including Adobe, Microsoft and video editing software, and various other presentation and graphics editing programs.
