 Served as the Market Lead for the Tri-State Region (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut for an outsourcing engagement which entailed conducting a current and future state analysis of a client’s recruitment strategy/processes and providing recommendations based on industry best practices  Initiated change management activities based on gaps identified from current and future state analysis  Provided subject matter expertise to clients on maintaining compliance with Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs regulations and EEO laws.  Developed oral and written presentations for senior leadership outlining sourcing strategies, including plans to effect corrective action as issues regarding compliance arise.
