Engaged experts from across the industry to identify best practices and garner ideas to successfully solve the Army wide requirement to transfer data from the field to the national level. Established a strong reputation for timely and thorough results across multiple teams. Managed intricate proposal efforts in part or whole on routine basis. Directly responsible for leading 3 proposal wins in last 12 months totaling over $45M.
