Provider profiling for network referral request for correct level of care an authorized benefit. Oversight of four Clinical Practice Guidelines and their implementation. Data analysis of CPGs and compliance with National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) in support of Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
