Daily Duties at Poly Flex Products:
Managing programs for PolyFlex and sister company ThermoFlex. Currently overseeing 20 separate programs for several different customers, including Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Denso, JTEKT and more. Heavily involved with budgets, cost management, and helping to develop processes for these rapidly growing companies. Other roles include purchasing, customer and vendor relationships, developing designs and being sure programs come in on time and at or under budget.
