Select, negotiate issues of retention (including rates) manage, review and evaluate firms on panels of approved law firms; Consult with and advise Claims and clients (both internal and external) on issues of law, coverage, liability and damages for 15 western states; Work with Market Relations Department to sell company Litigation Management Program, including use of Panel Firms; Handle projects as assigned.
