Daily Duties at Elo Touch Systems:

Directed entrepreneurial strike force of 7 engineers. Exceeding many fortune 500 customer expectations with customized touch systems not available off the shelf. Customers included Kodak, Abbott Labs, Caterpillar, Coinstar, Pittsburge Plate Glass, Abbott Labs, Philips Medical Johnson and Johnson to name a few. Often involving customer interaction, brainstorming, defining products, solution research, cost definition, quoting, prototype approval, first article approval and manufacturing documentation. Group responsible for vendor selection of materials and processes along with internal development of processes. Systems included medical, commercial, industrial, and educational. I was responsible for all aspects of personnel, process, schedule, cost, and product performance.
