Daily Duties at Elo Touch Systems:

• Conduct market research, visit customers, partner with sales and sales channels and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), attend product conferences, trainings and exhibitions to understand and define the Voice of the customer (VOC). Generate Marketing Requirements Document (MRD) based on VOC. • Collaborate and lead cross functional teams to translate MRD into PRD (product requirements document) and drive to product realization. • Develop business case for new product or product family development and present during Portfolio Management reviews to gain support and approval. • Develop and communicate product lifecycle vision, generate strategic path and tactical process to achieve vision to all levels of global organization. • Represent the VOC through the Product Life Cycle Process including both Technology development Process (TDP) and New Product Development (NPD) phases. • Collaborate with Marketing to create and maintain effective worldwide marketing business plan, collateral, advertising campaigns and sales tools. • Develop and provide Sales and Customer training materials • Publish roadmaps for internal and external communication. • Be the organization product expert and champion. • Provide pricing levels for incoming request for quotes (RFQ) • Tract business performance against objectives and forecast and take proactive measures. • Provide prompt, comprehensive field support regarding product application and quality issues.
