Daily Duties at Aton Securities Inc:

Aton Capital hired me to develop and execute an International Business Growth Strategy. At the time of my hiring the company existed solely in Russia and had a handful of West European accounts. Over a 5 year period, I opened a fully registered US based broker dealer, a fully registered UK based Broker Dealer and a Sales office in Frankfurt, Germany. I staffed all the offices including operations, compliance, traders, sales and research personnel. Via personal contacts and my marketing and investor relations work, the group added over 400 active international clients to its global client platform.The division consistently exceeded all revenue, client acquisition and business growth targets.I was directly responsible for 31 staff members internationally and had co-responsibility for a further 14 staff members in Russia. Throughout this period I had to work with multiple vendors for marketing and office space purposes. The division provided over 25% of the groups revenues over its 5 years in existence.For my efforts I was made a partner and asked to be one of the 5 members of the negotiating group representing Aton during the companies sales process. We negotiated terms with 3 separate major financial institutions, finally agreeing to a deal with Unicredit securities. A deal that was hailed as one of the best transactions up to that point in the Russian markets.
