Daily Duties at Unicredit Securities:
Provide for a smooth and seamless transition for International Business Group of Aton Capital to Unicredit Securities post merger. We were able to retain all 21 targetted international staff. Develop a US based Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets Division. The group, made of of 4 direct reports to myself,assisted in marketing and closing several capital markets transactions leading to commission revenues of 2.2 million dollars.I identified, marketed and advised on an acquisition by a US private Equity fund of a Russia based Oil Services company providing Unicredit with 4 million dollars in advisory fees. Was point person on a 25 billion dollar loan negotiation with the Russian Ministry of Transport on a PPP transaction to fund the Moscow / St Petersburg toll road now in its construction phase.
