Daily Duties at Alforma Capital Markets:
Alfa Bank Moscow hired my company Morpheus Capital Management to assess the needs of their representative office in NY. So that I could do my job properly the company and I agreed that I would renew my series 17 and 63 licenses and have the functional role of Head of Equities in the NY office. During a 15 month period I worked with management to develop an internal CRM system to improve their client management internationally. I identified several key weaknesses in their overall Business Development model via research and competitor analysis.Developed a client marketing plan to increase client acquisition for overall group. Had 5 direct and 4 indirect personnel under my supervision as well as working alongside senior management in Head Office to achieve above goals.Prepared and presented a final Business Strategy Plan to CEO.
