Daily Duties at Morpheus Capital Management:

The company has worked with a US Broker Dealer to develop an international incubator platform. We have developed and executed the business and marketing plans while working in constant partnership with the US Firms local business lines This platform brings together Russian, East European and LATAM based financial firms which are highly respected regional investment banks and broker dealers. These firms must satisfy several criteria: quality local research and broad based corporate access in their specific region. These firms are encouraged to have the US Broker Dealer host their US sales specialists in New York on the US Broker Dealers platform thus providing compliance and operational oversight. Since its inception this business has already attracted four clients and continues to attract interest from a wide variety of potential clients. The revenue model has both Fixed costs and a commission sharing agreement providing for substantial revenue growth opportunities. This platform will help to drive the continued development and execution of global and local marketing plans and delivering a hightened brand visibility.The Firm has also been tasked with providing Investor Relations Services to a small Kazakh greenfields metals company. We developed a plan to increase their market visibility through direct Investor Contacts, Conference attendance and increased research coverage from 1 to 5 analysts. The company was eventually acquired by a local Kazakh Holding Company in large part to our work in marketing the company and clearly communicating their needs. Furthermore the company worked hand in hand with the management of Sestercon SA, a Mexico based Real Estate builder to develop a marketing and business plan. We provided both private Investor and Money management firm access to the company culminating in their receiving a 7.5 million dollar med term financing proposal. The Firm has helped provide comprehensive marketing and Business plans as well as Investor communication services to a number of Firm's Board / C-Level management, exploring opportunities for expansion in the the US as well as to firms looking to establish a foothold in the Russian/CIS markets.
