Daily Duties at 2 337th Tsbn :

Provide training and support to 205th INF Brigade to deploy forces. Provide garrison support for medical readiness and all medical training initiatives. Developed assigned subordinates in combat simulation training.Utilized Nursing skill sets to assure competent care and practice at all levels of care for Emergency Services and Critical. Developed and provided out of the box training for ground and air movement of wounded. Simultaneously developed core group of assigned personnel as subject matter experts using community based education. Engaged in multiple simulations to provide "like " "best practice to train the war fighter. Consider 1st ARMY Div East Subject Matter Expert for medical training and key trainer for KFOR missions. Acquired 12 million dollars in training aides through utilization of DX or to be disposed of equipment as critical essential training aides.
