Coached Physician Office across the State of Ohio concerning EMR updates, and computer requirements for Medicare incentive program. Submitted deliverable data reports and monitored progress of program to administrative leadership required for risk. Utilized a variety of problem solving methods to coordinate the smooth exchange of resources required from EMR vendors and practitioners needed to achieve contractual goals
