Data analyst and trainer on database programs in Military Health Service Population Health Portal (MHSPHP), Composite Health Care System (CHCS), Clinical Data Mart (CMD), Business Objects (BO), Integrated Clinical Data Base (ICDB): List Manager, Dysplasia Tracking, Provider Peer Review Primary Care Leader, Nurse Manager & Staff Nurse – Supervision for three years of ten (10) nurses, twenty-four (24) medical technicians & fifteen (15) medical administrative staff. Oversight and implementation of Family Health Center business plan for eleven (11) primary care providers and clinic patient empanelment of 15K. Management of patients and access to care standards.
