Trifil/Scala is Brazil’s leading premier lingerie, seamless and swimwear retail brand and Vertical Vendor. • Managed all client communications and compliance on client deliverables and revenue, reviewing all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations were met. • Ensured that all processes and procedures were completed, quality standards were met, and that projects were profitable. • Raw Materials and finished product purchase. • Streamlined procedures and improved efficiency significantly by implementing RetailPro, a new software program for stock management. • Stabilized sales in a declining market by bringing Scala and Trifil into major magazine stores. • Regularly identified potential issues and opportunities for account growth and new business.
