Provided End-To-End Configuration Management services and support to the General Services Administration (GSA). These services and support included: establishing and managing Project CM repositories and Source Control Systems, establishing a Change Control Processes and maintaining change control records to support all software development and migration activities, providing status accounting/audits as well as training and support to project staff and client personnel on established CM policies, procedures and tools. • Tailored the support, services and tools according to standing GSA culture. Established and maintain the CM Library/repository from which the Test and Production environments are based. The library/repository contains all documentation, source code, database scripts and/or schemas, batch and configuration files that fall under the definition of Configurable Items as defined by the project. • Maintained the Functional and Physical baselines the CM library, against which the functional and physical audits are performed. Utilizing the tools provided, created and provides support for a centralized CM library. • In the absence of Automated CM Tools, creative use of the MS Office Suite provides the tools and supports the SCM and Change Management methodologies. Through the use of these tools change is initiated, tracked, baselined and implemented. • Reviewed and maintain the documentation, processes and procedures, updating and implementing when necessary.
