Daily Duties at Paradigm Solutions:
Lead CM Specialist supporting multiple systems for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC). Led efforts to transition CM roles and functions from contractor to client. • Provided oversight and management of change control and configuration management processes while tracking change requests and maintaining the PVCS Tracker user and Standard Change Request (SCR) databases. • Supported full life-cycle software development (Initiation, Design, QA, Test and Production) of all REAC systems, maintaining documentation and code in PVCS Version Manager. • Responsible for the labeling, promotion and release of code and associated documentation in support of the "Scheduled", "Unscheduled" and "Emergency" releases. • Works closely with the DBAs to schedule and perform preliminary QA testing on back-end data change scripts and documentation. • Assists with the weekly Change Control Board meeting providing the agenda and general support. • A member of the Development Coordination Group (DCG), serving as point of contact/communication between the team (DCG) and HUD REAC systems. • Supports the IT Project Manager as requested on individual projects and efforts as assigned.
