Daily Duties at Sra International:
Supported the Headquarters of the Department of the Army (HQDA), Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management (OACSIM), Army Housing Office (AHO). Responsible for providing Project Management, Technical, and Service Desk Management support to the Army Housing Enterprise Systems (AHES) and Housing Operations and Management Systems (HOMES) programs. • Executed and maintained program management processes and disciplines in the areas of: program schedule and quality management; communications management; human resource management; cost management; risk / issue management; change management. • Defined and initiated projects, • Assigned project roles and responsibilities • Managed budgets, costs, schedules, and performance of projects. • Met professional services revenue and profit quotas. • Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives • Created the Project Management Plan (PMP), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project Schedule, Configuration Management Plan (CMP), Data Management Plan (DMP) and Asset Management Plan (AMP). • Updated and delivered all project deliverables as contractually mandated, Project Management Plans and Project Asset Inventories. • Managed interrelationships by planning and coordinating internal and external resources. • Provided project turn-around expertise at the customer site with emphasis on regaining customer confidence. • Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including both client and corporate. • Fostered customer loyalty by ensuring that our customers fully utilize the value of our solutions and services. • Facilitated business process improvement through team, upper management and client status meetings. • Managed and perform the process of Statement of Work and contract creation to secure new and follow-on work. • Performed annual and bi-annual team member reviews. • Managed staff/team training and development to meet project and individual’s needs. • Built vital relationships with team members keeping productivity high. • Coach, mentor and lead personnel within a technical team environment. • Met demanding need for soliciting, hiring and training personnel. • Provided delivery management to ensure customer satisfaction and reference-ability. • Spearheaded several complex IT systems design and implementation projects with the main emphasis on design and development. • Proactively managed systems development, implementation and risk via the use of SDLC. • Monitored project activities and advised staff of issues due to resource availability. • Produced project status reports, managed the team and resolved day-to-day issues with emphasis on SDLC. • Preemptively identified effective solutions to project risks and issues. • Provided status reporting to project client, program/project sponsors, senior management and business unit stakeholders. • Generated all Weekly Status Reports, monthly Performance and Cost Reports and monthly Time and Attendance projections.
