Member of the firm’s retail distribution and manufacturing group. Client listing included SEC registrants and private companies in the restaurant, semi-conductor/computer manufacturer, entertainment, and supermarket industries. Planned and managed various engagements, including international clients and companies with foreign locations, a majority were publicly traded entities, including budget preparation, fee proposal, coordinate with client management regarding all functions, staff scheduling and strategy development and supervision of up to ten accounting professionals per engagement.
