Daily Duties at Internet Connect, Inc.:
Directly managed and supervised all accounting, budgeting, internal and external financial reporting and customer accounts (credit and collections) reporting to the company’s chief financial officer. Strategic member of the team involved in the filing of the company’s S-1documents (initial public offering) including drafting sections of the registration statement pertaining to the business, management’s discussion and analysis and financial exhibits, financial statements and footnote disclosures. Managed and coordinated the interface with external auditors regarding quarterly reviews and year-end audits.
