Daily Duties at One Lambda, Inc.:
Directly responsible for all financial and accounting matters relating to the domestic and international operations including the supervision of a staff of twelve employees including the purchasing manager and department. Work product includes financial reporting (internal and external), financial budget and monthly reporting, tax planning and compliance including shareholder K-1s (federal and twenty-one individual states), year-end audit work, administrator of the Company’s profit sharing and 401(k) plan including year end audits, contract administrator in regards to the NIH (National Institute of Health) grants, royalty calculations, and contract review. Involved in the costing of new products and review of the monthly actual vs. standard variances. Established a raw material storeroom and implemented material requirements planning policies and procedures.
