Daily Duties at Vertis Inc:
Responsible for tracking sales results versus individual objectives, maintaining and reporting sales compensation plans, annual and monthly revenue tracking and reporting, ad hoc reporting. Responsible for all Financial aspects of the Marketing Services Group including budgeting, forecasting and analysis of results. Supported the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and proactively identified opportunities for sales process improvement utilizing our internally developed CRM system. Produced ad hoc reports using Essbase to analyze business performance and trends
