Daily Duties at Kellogg Brown & Root:
• Coordinate and oversee the day to day operations, maintenance and services required to maintain high quality base operations. • Schedule services, required inspections and repairs with customer to lessen adverse impact to customer operations. • Perform facility management work instruction audits and oversee those carried out by the individual trades, operational and service departments to ensure facility inspection, maintenance services and repairs are conducted IAW with contractual quality assurance agreements pre LOGCAP III contract. • Develop and implement deficiency correctional plans when required. • Strictly ensured that assigned crews adhered to the highest standards of quality workmanship and safety requirements; no recordable injuries to date. • Oversaw the operation and routine maintenance of assets valued in excess of $50,000,000 and above. • Develop and Review project plans for accuracy, completeness and constructability; provided review assessments and coordinated requirements between customers and work teams. • Deliver cost savings and improved efficiencies by championing and developing best business practices for preventative maintenance and base operational programs. • Manage the successful completion of numerous projects’ lifecycles, from inception and design to implementation, commissioning and decommissioning. • Encourage and assist personnel development and advancement. • Using a pro active approach the above mentioned led to a successful relationship with upper management, customer and client.
