Geospatial Information and Services Manager/Squad Leader for a 24hr Operations Cell - Manager of a Geospatial Engineer cell - controlled and implemented the data collection and Database management, analysis, quality control checks, production, distribution, maintenance and repair of all electronic equipment worth in excess of $2Million, - Maintained and incorporated all hardware and software programs for Map production using; ArcGIS, ENVI, Erdas Imagine, and other software programs to enhance the information provided to the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) - Supervised military, civilian (NGA) and contractor workforce for all Geospatial Engineering products presented to the 3Id commander - Managed 4 personnel and their needs with morale and welfare, training, personnel records and logistics with a budget of $1 million - Worked directly with the G-2 plans and operations cell to produce products for the MDMP
