Daily Duties at Rti Biologics, Inc. :
Designed, developed, and tested allograft and xenograft implant materials for ligament reconstruction and chronic wound healing. Designed and prepared product prototypes consisting of demineralized and partially demineralized cancellous and cortical bone, and porous spongy implants derived from ligament and tendon. Wrote project plans and reports and prepared budgets. Conducted presentations for team members, marketing and management. Generated new product concepts. Interacted with surgeons and subject experts to gather data to enhance implant designs.
