Daily Duties at Corporate Academy North:
Conducted in-depth interviews with high school students referred to the Miami Youth Development Project (YDP), a school based positive youth development intervention program through Florida International University. Program objectives included identifying significant stressors in students and refer them for proper counseling. Built trust and rapport with the school community, students, teachers, and school administrators. Methods used created an environment of openness and honesty particularly with students.
