Daily Duties at Noramco:
o Development and performance of laboratory/pilot experimental design and conduct trouble shooting of plant processes to resolve production or quality problems o Plan, perform and report laboratory work in support of developing new processes, technology transfers, and improving existing processes o Evaluate new raw material sources to ensure adequate performance in production • Plan, perform and report laboratory work in support of developing new processes, technology transfers, and improving existing processes o Synthesize impurity standards to support new product introduction efforts and/or reference standard program needs o Collection of experimental data, data interpretation and report generation o Presentation of results and conclusions to colleagues, management and project teams o Participation in team efforts and collaborations with colleagues on process and analytical efforts o Conduct troubleshooting of plant processes to resolve production or quality problems
