Daily Duties at My Points.Com:

Work closely with assigned personnel and with clients developing HTML and text-based electronic advertising campaign materials. Liaise with customer personnel to gain a broad understanding of all aspects of business goals, including market conditions, product and service details, and client customer trends and preferences. Ensure on-time delivery, and maintain superior customer relations to gain loyalty and trust.  Liaise with the marketing and design departments to ensure projects meet company and customers expectations. Keep clients fully informed of progress, present ideas and variations, and take part in final sign off and delivery.  Support prospective business acquisition activities through the design, development, and production of comps and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.  Responsible for leading and assisting in the execution of internal projects, with additional duties including software and hardware training, and support multiple initiatives in both company offices.
