Responsibilities included development of strategic sales plan, implementing pricing strategies, development of company's Sales Reference manual (mission statement, glossary, policies, procedures, services/product descriptions, IT processes, corporate organizational chart, departmental job descriptions, industry information, client information, industry terminology, and industry organizations), employee development/training, customer relations, customer relations, industry associations representative, communication (internal & external), and managing 30 direct reports.
