Daily Duties at Us Army Reserve:

Supervised movement Control section and an Air Terminal operations section. Determined transportation requirements in support of Movement operational requirements. Managed multiple Inland-waterway, rail and truck operations. Prepared and processed ETRR’s (Export Traffic Release Requests) manually and using IBS for ocean vessels, executed movement requests, and issued TMRs (Transportation Movement Releases) for Truck, bus, barge,crane and Oceam Going Vessels. Processed invoices and prepared freight warrants for highway movements using UPS, FEDEX, DHL, and National Air Cargo. Completed Diplomatic Clearances for movement of U.S. Military equipment across international borders for both land and air movements. Compiled container reports using WPS (Worldwide Port System). Assisted in preparing Hazardous Materials documents for air and water shipments. Supervised U.S Air Force Cargo Ramp activities on Ramstein Air Base and Rhein Main Air Base in Germany,conducting over 500 Joint Inspections and certified over 300 Hazardous Materials Shipments, accomplishing 100% first time acceptance by Air Force Inspectors. Authored Movement Control Standard Operating Procedure for Inland Waterway Port operations for an Active Duty Movement Control Team ensuring all future Port operations are successful. Managed U.S. Army Reserve Tranportation Management Coordinator (Reclassification Course) In Europe. Managed a team of 4 instructors,Prepared and updated course Curriculum, Sceduled classes maintain test results and identified Honor Graduates and prepared graduation documents. Planned and coordinated first time instruction of Transportation Coordinators Automated Information Management System (TCAIMS II) training for European Transportation Management Coordinators. This provided a huge savings to the U.S Army by excluding requirements for soldiers to travel to U.S. Army Transportation School in Virginia.
