Daily Duties at Pacific Prosperity Group:
Partner in building and new insurance, used past recruiting skills and networking connections to grow our agency to average over $4 million in sales over a 2 year period. Used my sales skills to train new agents how to market themselves and obtain leads so they can be confident and consistent producers. Average rep produced 3-5 sales weekly with consistent growth over their first few quarters with our goal of less than 10% turnover within our agency. Skilled in use of specialized CRM software to build data bases and record Client lists. Developed "time saving" lead generation programs to be more effective in our calls and produce a more profitable and stable client with a win-wing approach. Provide a high energy, professional and fun environment using my positive mental attiude approach. Respnsible for maintaining an expense budget forecast and do meet forecasted targets each quarter.
