Daily Duties at Insphere Insurance Solutions:
Recruit, train, develop sales representatives and District Managers to grow the territory and production of business. Ran main office in Seattle and then Portland and developed 5 satellite offices in 3 NW states (CA, OR WA) Duties included hiring, training and developing sales offices placing a "Sales Manager" to oversee production and rep training. Responsible to a forecasted budget and expense ratio and was consistently under or met budget year after year. Did weekly sales in early years and ran weekly meetings, monthly trainings and consistent motivation programs to consistently grow the agency. Ran numerous recruiting programs including 6-8 recruiting fair booths and did several public speaking engagements to further the company reputation as a leader in the industry.
