Provided leadership and direction to the marketing team by implementing a 4-prong strategy: product excellence, lead generation, thought leadership, and brand awareness. Introduced and established integrated marketing strategies by combining both traditional and digital channels, led the branding, product introduction and market launch of OTN’s most innovative product/service, coached and mentored the marketing team with new marketing automation skills & tools. Initiated and established the inside sales function to help and support the field sales team more effectively. Managed and led a team of 8 direct reports, accountable for $0.5M marketing budget, was an active member of the OTN Senior Leadership Team, and reported directly to CEO.
