Daily Duties at Noodles And Company:
Manage all operational activities including $1.5M budget, P&L, purchasing, payroll, recruitment, selection, performance, training and development, and customer service. Oversee up to 25 employees across multiple departments. Coordinate off-site catering events. Consult on menu planning, logistics, and billing. Build and maintain customer relationships. Create annual marketing and promotional plans to increase revenues and enhance overall customer experience. Develop in restaurant training programs, materials, and presentations and deliver to managers and employees.
