Daily Duties at Young & Rubicam The Bravo Group:
• Provided administrative support to Group Account Director and six other members of the USPS, Banco Popular, and Miller Account Management teams • Effectively served as liaison between all impacted departments to ensure proper communication and reporting practices, notably improving procedures, improvising where necessary, and balancing demanding deadlines • Developed and tracked budget for advertising events and all client accounts • Managed a 3000 piece direct mail campaign, selecting materials, negotiating with vendors on pricing, product, and deadlines, coordinating with mail house on shipping time and cost, tracking • Directed business relations and distribution of company literature to stimulate client interest and sales leads • Processed expense reports reflecting supporting documents and budget code indexes • Prepared billing and reconciliation for advertisement campaigns • Provided language translations of Bravo advertisements for several clients
