Daily Duties at Amsac:
• Maintained HRIS database including inputting new hires, terminations and employee data changes • Responsible for writing job descriptions, posting, screening resumes, interviewing and processing job offers • Evaluated all resumes received and selected qualified candidates who were appropriate to enter in the selection pool • Recruited administrative, accounting, and finance professionals through a number of resources including the Internet, colleges, and networking • Effectively executed targeted sourcing via phone and online tools to engage qualified candidates • Managed the candidate database including: tracking all candidate resumes, applications, questions, etc. • Advised managers on response to performance and disciplinary issues and facilitated problem resolution • Managed full lifecycle recruitment needs across all units ensuring that every stage of the new hire process is carried out in accordance with operating procedures • Maintained and processed all required employment documentation including: Personnel Files, I 9’s, W4 Tax • Filing Status, Background Checks, Drug Screenings • Conducted new employee orientation program, exit interviews, and other educational and training programs on changes in benefits, diversity • Created and implement basic, highly-flexible HR policies and procedures for the administrative staff • Managed applicant office visits; dealt with cancellations, rescheduling on behalf of hiring manager • Processed contractors invoices, staff payroll, and reviewed relevant documents such as building lease and office policies • Completed exit interviews to identify trends, measure, and track turnover data
