Daily Duties at Barclays:
• Provided Human Resources support to a client group (Barclay Card) of 250+ employees and line managers in the United States, Brazil, and Mexico • Prepared and executed SAP data entry for domestic and international new hires, transfers, terminations, and interns • Created position numbers, maintained employee profiles in SAP, updated work locations • Assisted with entry and maintenance of consultants, outsource, and expatriate records • Responsible for recruiting exempt, non-exempt, and contingent employees for a diverse work population • Interpreted appropriate laws, company policies and procedures to line managers, employees, and retirees • Monitored and documented all leave of absence, including FMLA leave, garden leave, and workers compensation leave • Researched, gathered, and analyzed data to conduct job analysis for the compensation team • Created and processed employment verifications letters for active and terminated employees • Assisted and guided employees with employee relations issues; including opening investigations, hearings, and resolving employee grievances
